smile and laugh as much as you can,,,,
it takes a non conscious attitude to laugh and smile the way you want to!
i have seen so many people who hold their laugh and jus give a
little smile being conscious that others are observing them.
i have seen people who put their hand or both hands on their mouth when they “attempt”to laugh.
laughter is an audible expression of your joy and merriment.
it is a part of human behaviour which is regulated by the brain and
it helps humans to clarify their intensions in social interaction and
provides an emotional context to conversations.
now lemme tell u the disadvantages of holding your laugh or smile:
disadvantages of holding your smile:
when something,a joke or a feeling,a scene or a humourous
situation evokes laughter inside,and when you hold your
laughter,it puts stress on your attitude.
you can’t feel satisfied even though you respond to the thing that made you laugh.
you can’t feel light at heart or experience total happiness of the thing that made you laugh.
it becomes a habit of holding your laugh and you respond with a half smile or hand covered giggle.
it puts stress on your diaphram even.
holding your laughter means putting your hand as an obstacle against the release of endorphins which enrich your immune system.
it maystop you from mingling freely with the society.
it may stop you from being a humour loving person or avoiding humour persona.
now lets know the advantages of a laughter without inhibitions:
laughter reduces the level of stress hormones.
it increases the level of health enhancing hormones like endorphins and neurotransmitters.
it increases the number of anti-body producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T-cells which means the enriching of stronger immune system.
it provides a physical and emotional release.you will feel as if you are cleansed after a heart and belly full of laughter.
a good belly laugh exercises your diaphram,contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders leaving muscles more relaxed afterward.
it even provides a good workout for the heart.
it brings the focus away from anger,guilt,stress and negative emotions.
it improves our perspective to view things lightheartedly.
it helps us to accept challenges of life.
it helps us to react more positive to our life situations.
it helps build our social interaction and connects us with others.
it helps in elevating your’s and the mood of other’s around you.
the most important thing is that you feel so happy and fresh after you laugh to your hearts content giving you a wonderful satisfaction.
this is what are the disadvantages and advantages of laughter.

why should we think about all the things mentioned above?
lets laugh to our hearts content when it wants to laugh,,,throwing out all the inhibitions…
