They have become ammunition in the hands of romeo’s.They are sleek,handy,tiny,can be set anywhere and everywhere without anyone’s notice too.camera mobile phones–today’s best hitech pieces in everyone’s hand and pocket.leave about the advantages they can provide us with.women are facing lots of problems with these pride buttercakes of new technological invention.Anyone can hold a camera and take your picture.we don’t know where they are set in changing rooms of shopping malls or hotel bathrooms or guest houses.pictures of woman are taken and are send in as mms.video is taken and copied into CD’s to share among friends and many times it is sold or marketed.now it has spread in small villages too and due to this barbarian act,many women in villages are committing suicides.modern technology is spreading vastly all over the world but the laws to be enforced to control crimes in the guise of technology are zero.only old one’s exist and amendments are not done.last december a new IT law was approved by both the sabha’s of parliament.but it is still pending with the president.According to the ammended IT law section 66(E),,,3 years of imprisonment and 2 lakhs of penalty will be laid on the offenders.It would be better if more hard laws are enforced to control such crimes.
women should be careful while changing clothes in changing rooms of shopping malls.just look around and up to see it there are any hidden camera’s.
if you are in a hotel or a guest house,change clothes in the dark.

negligence
it seems just as a word and a deed postponed or left undone or over looked or given least priority to do.
but is it just that?
i feel that its the biggest mistake done by us.
i don’t agree with anyone saying”ah,its not that important,lets do it later.”
nothing is unimportant when it is a deed you have to do and it is related with your life or the society.
throwing something into mind’s dustbin is just the inefficiency of the person’s capability to judge things and doing them.
“i can pay the current bill after one week,there is still time for the last date.”
you may forget the day you thought of,to pay it or anything might happen which can see you not to pay the bill.result is,one day you and your family will be sitting in darkness and the unnecessary penalty to be paid.
“i will send this message to my friend/neighbour/boss/colleague/wife/husband,,,after sometime.there is still time for the thing,,,”
you may forget the message or your network on mobile may go wrong or you might remember it after the date you thought to pass the message.result is,you will lose your value, credibility and reliability,,,which is so important in our life and which is very hard to gain.
“i will tell later how much i love my fiancee/wife/husband/friend,,,,there is lot of time left to show my concern or love”
you may lose your loved one’s faith or make them feel neglected.the result is,there may be cracks on the relationship you nourished.
“i will do this work later,i can say something like a sticking fake story to cover my negligence
later,,,,there will not be any problem,,,i am sure”
nothing is sure in this world dear,,,,you will lose many things with such an attitude towards work.be answerable to yourself first and later to your higher authorities.the result of your negligence here is,,you may lose your job and may never find a good reference any more….
your negligence may harm others or may be the cause for a disaster too,,,

we meet so many people everyday.

we speak to many people known or strangers too.

we ask questions,to know about some information.

we answer the questions asked by some people.

from the time we get up early in the morning,it starts with the milkman,and goes on………………..

our family members/colleagues/neighbor etc.,&etc.,…………………………………..

no end for conversations…………….isn’t it?

now u r angry.what’s all this about?

many people doesn’t know how to extract the information they want,from others.

they just aim the questions at the other person,

without ……..

understanding his mental state,

understanding his feelings

and they try to beat out the self esteem.

they mingle up the answer they want to hear,in their question itself.

they should know some fundamental things on how to ask questions.

when the other person doesn’t know,why we have asked him,he may doubt you.
so make him clear,your goal.

give him the value,according to his expressions.
don’t put soooooooooooooooo many questions at a time.

don’t hurry up him to give him his answer.

questions like”is it not what i think?”,”did it happened how i thought?”etc.,can give only yes or no as answers.they can even put the actual answer hidden.so,don’t question like that…….

questions put,which hit the ego/self respect of the other,may inculcate dislike for you,in his heart.so,don’t……………………..

accept the truth that every person has his own thoughts,opinions,just like you do…

The sacrifice of a pet dog saved the whole family of Mr.Naushad hussain during the riots of BABRI MASJID destruction in 1992.They hid in a room when the mob of agitators entered their house in INDORE, and wanted to kill them.Their loyal pet dog charged on the attackers to obstruct them from entering the room where Mr.Naushad Hussain’s family was hiding.Furious with anger,the attackers killed it with swords.
Now Naushad’s house is called as “the house of dogs”.His house is a residence of many dogs now.He brings home the street dogs and the one’s whom the owner’s have abandoned due to ill health or old age too.He has constructed a cemetery for dogs in the memory of his pet dog which lost its life saving its master’s family.
What do we have to learn of this?Dog’s are always the loyal friends of human beings.we may not find a great friend in whom we were relying since years.we may not find the pious nature in our relatives on whom we trust all the time,when there comes a time they should help.But we can always trust a dog and its loyalty.
I appreciate Mr.Naushad Hussain for his service to the dogs and I would also like to praise the dog which gave its life for its master.

take love,that go hand in hand with life time walk together.

take a space for your own,where u can breath free,which can build and flourish your individuality,but it should go hand in hand with the society.

take help,that go hand in hand with gratefulness and co-operation.

take your own decisions,that go hand in hand with success.

take failures,that go hand in hand with new lessons taught.

take pains,which are common for every human being,but fight against them.

every woman needs her own space.
her own individuality.
her own recognition.
her part of life’s every gift that god has designed for humans.
she needs a right to make decisions.
she needs a bondage free life,where she can set her goals(big or small)and reach them.
she needs a destination of equality.
needs a profession,but free of sexual harassment,indignity and inequality.
she want a healthy atmosphere,where she can give birth to future of the world.
she want everything which makes the earth more livable.
so,guys give her what she want or let her take what she want and be happy.

human life is entangled every moment with these relationships!
what is there in these ships that everyone feel,
as if they are going on a different voyage in each relationship!
sometimes they float,
sometimes they drown,
sometimes they are caught in a cyclone,
sometimes they are caught in a lonely island!
there is something very deep in giving oneself into a relationship.
relationships are many,,,
many come from birth itself,
some are made when we grow up!
there is a beauty,
there is a commitment,
there is a love,
there is am empathy,
there is something deep and something shallow in every relation we are “in” with!
we laugh with them,
we cry for them,
we are sometimes contented,
and many many times depressed,,,,
with our relationships.
but circumstances dictate them sometimes,
and situations serve their duties many times,,,
we just ignore the roots of every relation when we are in trouble with it!
we just ignore the future with “it”when we are happy with it!
we cling to the feelings and not to the impressions they make.
we cling to the commotions and not to the emotions they give.
give some time for every relation,,,
whether it is a relation,,,,in family,in love or in friendship.
and don’t run into conclusions when something goes wrong.
we are human beings and to err is human,
cherish your best moments when in a confusion (with that relationship)
let the waters of your relationships be shallow when you are in a process of knowing each other.
let it reach the depth on its own,,,even though it takes long time.
complexities are many,
but every relation is a God’s gift,,,
handle with care,,,,,
“need”is just a worthless word in relationships,,
its the inner love,respect,loyalty and empathy that helps you go on your sail……

i have seen so many people who hold their laugh and jus give a

little smile being conscious that others are observing them.

i have seen people who put their hand or both hands on their mouth when they “attempt”to laugh.

laughter is an audible expression of your joy and merriment.

it is a part of human behaviour which is regulated by the brain and

it helps humans to clarify their intensions in social interaction and

provides an emotional context to conversations.

now lemme tell u the disadvantages of holding your laugh or smile:

when something,a joke or a feeling,a scene or a humourous

situation evokes laughter inside,and when you hold your

laughter,it puts stress on your attitude.

you can’t feel satisfied even though you respond to the thing that made you laugh.

you can’t feel light at heart or experience total happiness of the thing that made you laugh.

it becomes a habit of holding your laugh and you respond with a half smile or hand covered giggle.

it puts stress on your diaphram even.

holding your laughter means putting your hand as an obstacle against the release of endorphins which enrich your immune system.
it maystop you from mingling freely with the society.

it may stop you from being a humour loving person or avoiding humour persona.
now lets know the advantages of a laughter without inhibitions:

laughter reduces the level of stress hormones.

it increases the level of health enhancing hormones like endorphins and neurotransmitters.

it increases the number of anti-body producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T-cells which means the enriching of stronger immune system.

it provides a physical and emotional release.you will feel as if you are cleansed after a heart and belly full of laughter.

a good belly laugh exercises your diaphram,contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders leaving muscles more relaxed afterward.

it even provides a good workout for the heart.

it brings the focus away from anger,guilt,stress and negative emotions.

it improves our perspective to view things lightheartedly.

it helps us to accept challenges of life.

it helps us to react more positive to our life situations.

it helps build our social interaction and connects us with others.

it helps in elevating your’s and the mood of other’s around you.

the most important thing is that you feel so happy and fresh after you laugh to your hearts content giving you a wonderful satisfaction.
this is what are the disadvantages and advantages of laughter.

why should we think about all the things mentioned above?

lets laugh to our hearts content when it wants to laugh,,,throwing out all the inhibitions…
